The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just off the main shopping street. It is also very convenient for those who want to explore the city by taking tour buses as it is near the bus stop for tour pickups. Additionally, the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The sound from the nearby Irish pub can be quite disruptive, especially during weekends when it can get noisy.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was a street away from the main shopping street and a 5-minute walk to where most of our tours were picking up from. The location was central and convenient, with the main bus terminal for transfers just a 15-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing extra tea and coffee for our room without hesitation. The room was warm and comfortable, which was especially important in the freezing weather. The breakfast offered a basic but satisfying selection, including fresh local pastries. a cheap, comfy, cheerful, clean, and centrally located hotel.

The staff was polite and courteous, offered outstandingservices. I appreciated the room with a "twin " bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fresh to satisfy everyone.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and the main street was just around the corner. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the coffee was especially fantastic!

The only downside was that the shower was a bit messy with water splashing everywhere. Also, the bar nearby could get quite noisy at night, which sometimes disturbed our sleep.

The staff was efficient and amiable, the breakfast offered was inclusive with lots of food. The location was very central, near a bus stop and Reykjavik and the seafront. Laugavegur was also close to the hotel...

The weather was pleasant, had excellent stay in a good 3 * hotel. The breakfast was included and consisted of fruit, eggs and pastries. Wonderful and marvellous location, within walking distance of Old Harbour:)))

Some rooms facing the street may be noisy at night due to the nearby pub.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center! The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights in Reykjavik. The rooms were spacious and had good views across to the harbor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including healthy choices and warm boiled eggs. It was included in the price, which was very reasonable. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location in Reykjavik. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. They even offered late check-out for a small fee. The hotel also provided the option to book excursions through the reception, which was convenient. The rooms were modern and comfortable with nice bedding. Although there was some noise from the nearby Irish bar at night, the overall experience was pleasant. The room was well-equipped with a kettle and a selection of teas and coffees. The bathroom had stone floors and walls, which made it a bit cold, but it was otherwise nice. The only drawback was the lack of a safe in the room. The breakfast offered a small continental selection, including hams, cheeses, toast, eggs, pastries. While it may not have had a wide variety, it was sufficient and included teas, coffees, juices, and water. The hotel's location near the center was perfect, with many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Additionally, being next to bus stop 7 made it convenient for day trips and airport transfers. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Reykjavik.
